Dispatch

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of being received. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We ship Australia-wide.

Liquids and pesticides - delivery address requirements

Liquid and pesticide products cannot be sent via Australia Post, so they can only be delivered by courier to a physical street address - not a PO Box or parcel locker. A business or place-of-work address is preferred where possible, as couriers deliver during business hours.

Depot collection

If a street delivery doesn't suit, we can arrange for your order to be shipped to the courier depot closest to you for collection. Please phone us before placing your order so we can organise this with you.
