Subterranean termites can do serious structural damage, and most of it happens out of sight. The products here are the same brands and active ingredients licensed pest technicians install and top up on real jobs – not repackaged hardware-store versions.

Two main approaches: baiting systems (Trelona, Termatrix, Agenda, Abide, Sentricon, Nemesis) let foraging termites carry a slow-acting bait back to the colony. Liquid termiticides (Termidor, Country Bifenthrin, BiFORCE, Country Fipronil) create a treated zone around and under a structure.

Installing it yourself? Applied according to the label, these products are designed to perform as stated whoever installs them – but manufacturer warranties generally only apply to installation by a licensed pest technician. More about DIY installs and warranties.
