Fipronox 100SC Termiticide & Insecticide 1L — the budget-friendly way into fipronil 100 g/L for smaller jobs, spot treatments and general pest control. Made in Australia by Australian Agribusiness (Holdings), APVMA 89141.

Non-repellent fipronil creates a treated zone subterranean termites can't detect — they walk through it, carry a dose back to the nest and pass it on through the colony. 1 L is sized for touch-ups, wall cavity foaming and general pest work rather than a full perimeter, where the 5 L drum works out cheaper per litre. Applied as a soil treatment per the label, fipronil gives a minimum 8-year period of protection against subterranean termites.

Fipronox also controls nuisance and nesting ants (up to 3 months' control as a surface spray), domestic cockroaches, web-spinning spiders, daddy-long-legs spiders, earwigs, millipedes, pill bugs and house crickets in the treated zone.

How it works / how to use it

• Termite soil treatment: mix at the label rate (600 mL per 100 L water for a 0.06% a.i. solution). Horizontal zones 5 L/m²; vertical trenches 100 L/m³.
• Ants, spiders, cockroaches and other general pests: treat surfaces 300 mm up and 300 mm out from where the building meets the ground at 6 mL/L water.
